Ranger/Behaviour team x 1  Vacancy

Salary :   £7.50 per hour
Hours:   9.15am - 3.15pm (and overtime as required)
Days: Monday - Friday

The Agricultural and Rural Centre cic provides a unique experience for children with disabilities or Special Educational Needs, enabling them to work with our animals and on the land.  

The Rangers are responsible for providing hands-on support service to the staff and volunteers at the Centre.   You will be keen to work with animals and children (aged 8 years to 18 years) with suitable previous experience and/or qualifications.

Your main role will be to support the team in managing the behaviour of the students and ensuring they have a great time with us.
  • You will have experience of working with children, possibly in a school environment.   
  •  You must be happy to work with a range of farm animals and will mainly be working outdoors, although you may support  pupils in the classroom too.
  • You must be able to provide administration support by using computer applications and the internet.
  • You must be a qualified driver with own car. (Business use will be paid for by The ARC)
